About This Course

Commercial Cooking and Baking is a 3-month course by Council For Technical Education And Vocational Training (CTEVT)
Curriculum Development Division Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. The course is about techniques, skills, and using tools appropriately while Cooking and Baking. This course helps to produce skilled manpower for cooking and baking in hospitality industry.

Course’s Objectives

The aim of this course is to produce skilled workforce to fulfill the requirement of Star hotel and
restaurant standard to work as a professional Cook and Baker. This course aims
